Lizard Rock, the group picnic site is available as early as 7am Friday morning.

Friday will be a relaxing day to hang out. There will be yard games and a kids‘ craft table at the group site. Sometime in the late afternoon or early evening, we will do a round of Thrasher-Hammond Family trivia. We are also encouraging people to explore Rose Canyon Lake if they are feeling adventurous. Friday evening at the group site fire pit we will be showing Disney’s Soul.

If you are volunteering to be a part of the decorating committee, we will use the morning to decorate and set up the group site. Breakfast will be provided at the group site sometime mid-morning.

Lunch, drinks, and snacks for Friday will be up to individual groups.

Dinner will be a potluck. Each group is responsible for bringing their own meat/entre, as well as one side and some drinks to share. There are three open charcoal grills at the group site which we can use unless there is a fire ban. We will coordinate with individuals to have propane grills available at the group site as well, which are allowed even during a fire ban. If you plan on joining us for the potluck dinner on Friday night, we will send out a sign-up sheet for sides/drinks to bring.
